We reserve spare parts for repair cases at an early stage. Our daily shuttle service quickly delivers devices to authorized workshops. By shipping directly back to the claimant, we also save time and effort for all parties involved.
By carrying out repairs at certified manufacturer workshops, we ensure complete restoration of the device using original components. The repair process is fully traceable, and the manufacturer’s warranty remains intact.

In the case of repairs – both physical and online assessments – we can offer your customers and claimants an on-site service.
